HB 403 Has NOT Been Pulled

Despite reports that the controversial House Bill 403 was to be tabled or pulled earlier this week, the bill remains active and is still pending a hearing in the House Committee on Natural Resources and Environment as of early this morning.

See here the bill’s status on the Louisiana Legislature’s website.

All the agricultural interests who are following this bill need to pay attention and remember – politicians lie.

It appears that the CPPJ needs to reinstate their special meeting to denounce Shadoin’s totalitarian power grab.

I would suggest that everyone needs to contact their local Police Juror and complain to high heaven until the message gets through loud and clear that we want the power hungry politicians out of our pockets and out of our lives! Every Police Jury covered under the Sparta Aquifer should be meeting to denounce anyone who has anything to do with Shadoin’s bill, including replacing any Sparta Aquifer Commission member their Jury nominated who supports this insanity!

Since it is readily apparent that the ultimate sinister goal of the Sparta Aquifer Commission is to pull this totalitarian power grab crap, we need to start dismantling this and every other useless little board and commission out there as they all seek the power to do the very same thing as the Sparta liberals. The Democrats are adept at community organizing, and we conservatives need to be even better at it. Just because we don’t live in a liberal cesspool big city doesn’t mean that we don’t need to be organized!

This Sparta Aquifer bill filed by Shadoin has caught everyone off guard and made us all madder than hell, just like the Rural Fire Board did back in 2012. We need to get organized and stay organized to prevent being surprised the next time the local liberals run amok. And, as sure as the sun rises in the east, they will! They did it in 2012 with the Rural Fire Board in Lincoln Parish, they’re trying to do it with the Sparta Aquifer Commission, and they’ll do it again as soon as they think none of us are watching them.

Prior to the Revolutionary War, the colonists organized in reparation of confronting the British. This organization paid off in spades when war actually came. Colonists were alerted as the British marched back to Boston from Concord and Lexington, and they rallied to fire upon the British to decimate their ranks on their return trip. That organization prevented the colonists from being marginalized individually to be prosecuted or worse. The point of this is not actual war, but being organized to defend our rights as property owners and residents of north Louisiana.

The radical left has made it plainly clear that they intend to usurp our rights every chance they get, and we must be prepared to defend our rights! The Founders never intended for us to sit idly by relying on men to act as angels in our best interests. They intended for us to keep current on the issues and stay involved in the political process to defend our rights. It’s time to get off our butts and get involved!

You may not be interested in Community Organizing, but Community Organizing is interested in you.

Only Orwell could have named something as orwellian as Community Organization.
