Lincoln Schools Have Numerous Personnel Changes

The Lincoln Parish School District (LPSB) looks to have one of the largest shifts in personnel in recent memory, according to the memos that will be reviewed at this week’s LPSB meeting. There are nine pages of new hires, resignations, retirements, and reassignments for the district.

See here the memo.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM, Tuesday, July 7, Central Office, 410 South Farmerville Street.

Here is the agenda.

What’s up with all the teacher changes mostly at Simsboro? They have 7 changes in teachers and in the past 18 years they have had 11 principal changes!! All I can say is the local school board member and past superintendent both are from SHS an they both could have cared less about good ole SHS from the way it has been ran the past 20 years or so. And the assistant super didn’t help matters either,at the end of this past school year some of the current staff were told to seek employment in another school. WHY? They were not given a reason from what I was told. Was it race, age, tenured or not tenured who knows!!! I hope that the new admin. and other board members can get a grip on what has happend to SIMSBORO HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!
