Reynolds Appointed Lincoln Parish Fire Chief

Kevin Reynolds, the District Chief of the Lincoln Parish Fire District No. 1, was appointed Fire Chief at last night’s meeting of the Board of Commissioners, a correspondent has told Lincoln Parish News Online.

The board’s vote was unanimous.

Reynolds appeared to have the support of both the paid and volunteer firefighters, the correspondent said.

He will begin his new duties April 16, and will receive a base pay of $65 thousand/year.
