During last weeks meeting of the Fiscal Review Committee, it seemed the three members were trying to come up with some sort of leverage to force controversial mayor Leslie Thompson to operate the town as the Local Government Budget Act directs.
Here’s a thought – Shut off state and federal grants until the town’s finances can be audited.
