Incompentence on parade…les was a hoot today,lol. Six years and he ain’t figured out how to catch them water cheats…waiting for somebody to tell him how…he the highly overpaid mayor who works 24/7 can’t hire but one qualified employee in 6 years(the accountant)….then fires her for not following his instructions to pay holiday pay not legally owed parttime employees. Mr. FA you worth every penny of that $125 per hour and more to deal with this group of dodgers and weavers. Any money paid to you will be well spent if you can untangle this mess.

Wonder what the council is thinking about there leader after Kennedy used the words, Contempt, fines, jail time. Cottonham thinks he’s missed alot of classes, he better start thinking more before he votes ” Here” again. And you see how much of a “Yes” man Flowers is. Every time the mayor spoke Flowers looked he was in a rocking chair with that head going up and down. Going to be interesting at the next meeting to see how the 3 1/2 council member vote.

OMG, I just watched this video and I can’t believe that this idot could actually be mayor and that people are so stupid to vote for him. His whole argument is that he just doesn’t know anything and it is up to the financial administrator to figure out everything that has happened in the last 5 years. Also, if anything is wrong with the town’s finances, then it is all due to racism…..LOL You’ve got to be kidding. He has been in office for 5 years and had his people working for him for all that time, yet apparently the reason that they are incompetent or most likely the reason that there has been illegal activity is due to racism. WTH. Can you just see the amazement in the fiscal committees members faces when he answers their questions with one of his totally ignorant answers. I think they are amazed that Thompson could actually find where Baton Rouge is (thank God for TomTom) or that he could actually read the room number on the door, so he’d get the correct meeting room. And Flowers, omg. An idiot following an idiot. You just can’t make this shit up!!!! I know both these fools are glad they are getting paid for working for the government (i use the term working loosely) because if they had to work for some private company the highest job they could hope for would be janitor. I am thinking that janitor might just be a huge stretch for their abilities. For you people that aren’t in Thompson’s pocket, I suggest you leave town now. Unfortunately, I doubt that the idiot DA will ever do anything against Thompson and I don’t think the state has the ability to kick someone out of office, if they have won an election. Thus, you might be stuck with this fool forever. He’ll get to do whatever he wishes all day long because the state will have people in place to actually run the town, but he’ll surely show up to get his 70k check. What a mess. I hate to agree with Thompson, but he is right about one thing. This is racial, the blacks in Jonesboro don’t care what happens to the town, as long as a black man is in office. Just look at Richwood and Grambling as examples. No matter what these black politicians do to their towns or how much money they steal, blacks will always support them because so many of them are so wrapped up in this “we get mistreated because we are black” crap that they either don’t care or can’t see what is actually happens. Let the towns die, you don’t have anyone to blame but yourselves.

Out him on TV every day; let people get a load of what is holding public office. It ought to be a great wake-up call to votors, and especially to non-voters. There is your future if you don’t watch out. We are supposed to have self-government, not someone-else government.
