I caught the last 30 minutes or so, but basically it sounded like the FA couldn’t do his job…wasn’t getting information, etc. The Review Committee suggested, in regards to the Town Clerk, that the FA interview her and if he doesn’t approve, he has the authority to not hire her. He can then present a different candidate or hire an outside contractor.
