Just take a photo of the license plates, check who the autos are registered to, and go from there. My guess is it has nothing to do with church or religion, although that is what they would like for us to think.

Sure would be good to get lic. plate numbers and run a check on them. May get some information that way as to whom may be visiting city hall on Sunday mornings.

On the other hand, how lawful would that be? I think it seems suspicious that ALL vehicles were backed in.
