Gannett’s LA Newspaper Circulation Plunges

According to the Audit Bureau of Circulation, Gannett’s newspapers suffered plunges in circulation from September 2008 to September 2009. The Louisiana newspaper numbers are as follows:

The (Lafayette) Daily Advertiser: (-15.6%)
The (Shreveport)Times: (-10.6%)
The (Monroe) News-Star: (-9.7%)
(Opelousas) Daily World: (-24.2%)

We give them another couple of years before they all literally dry up and blow away.
